REJOICE YE PEOPLE OF GOD Luke 2:10-14  I bring you good tidings of great joy, which shall be to all people. For unto you is born this day in the city of David a Saviour, which is Christ the Lord. And this shall be a sign unto you; Ye shall find the babe wrapped in swaddling clothes, lying in a manger. And suddenly there was with the angel a multitude of the heavenly host praising God, and saying, 14 Glory to God in the highest, and on earth peace, good will toward men.  INTRODUCTION: TOMORROW MUCH OF THE WORLD WILL CELEBRATE HIS BIRTH. The...

A MATTER OF TIME Part One Last time I preached Mark 1:15 which states: The time is fulfilled, and the kingdom of God is at hand: repent ye, and believe the gospel. Two Wednesday evenings ago I taught on the wisdom of Solomon as He prayed to God to give him wisdom to properly judge His people. Luke 9:57-62 And it came to pass, that, as they went in the way, a certain man said unto him, Lord, I will follow thee whithersoever thou goest. 58 And Jesus said unto him, Foxes have holes, and birds of the air have nests; but the Son of man hath not...

He is saying we know not WHAT we should pray for as we should. We know the mechanics of praying: kneeling, on our face, looking up, hands folded, hands folded under the chin, eyes closed, eyes open, silently, vocally, Choose number one or all of the above?...

However after a somewhat less than an ‘exhaustive’ dictionary and language research we found that it may mean, “Tickle feet.” Itchey may refer to rapid movement and Pede comes from the word describing a fuzzy little creature with many legs, a millipede, who knows? But it is as near a definition as could be found, and...

John 7:1-19 “ Unless a man undertakes more than he can possibly do, he will never do all that he can. Henry Drummond Do you know what God’s will is for you? No one area of one’s life appears as difficult as when it comes to how to know the will of God. I suppose that no more than 3 out of ten people know God’s will for their life. People wander through the maze of man’s advice trying to sort through the maze of it all. One man says, if you do the best you can God will reveal his will to you. Another says if you join the right church you will...
